4,000 Nigerian Families Ready for Nickfest 2018

Nigeria’s most celebrated family fun-fair NickFest is returning to Lagos this September. NickFest 2018 in partnership with Maltina and will be taking place on 29 and 30 September at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island.

The organizer on Wednesday said all tickets are sold out already. Four thousand families will grace the kids’ wonderland fair.

Performing on the NickFest stage this year are a plethora of A-list Nigerian musical acts includingMayorkun, Falz, as well as Simi and Adekunle Gold.

What’s it about?

NickFest is Nigeria’s biggest family friendly festival offering fun activities, music and entertainment for the entire family. First held in Nigeria in 2017, NickFest 2018 promises to be even bigger and better with more activities, and even more slime!

Who will be there?

Attendees can expect to see SpongeBob SquarePants, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,Adventure Bay’s intrepid pups, Skye, Rubble Marshall and Chase from Paw Patrol: the feisty and fun Dora the Explorer with her animal rescuer cousin, Diego and Dora’s best pal, Boots to everyone’s favourite genies, Shimmer and Shine.

Hosts

Hosting this year’s show are radio and TV personality, Ikponmwosa Osakioduwa and Nigeria’s Got Talent maiden edition winner, Amarachi.

Celebrities Performing

Performing on the NickFest stage this year are a plethora of A-list Nigerian musical acts likeMayorkun, Adekunle Gold, as well as Simi and Falz.

Nickelodeon has promised that this year’s edition will have more fun entertainment, activities, music and most importantly, more slime!

This year NickFest will welcome more than 4,000 children and families to the Federal Palace Hotel, transforming the venue into a bright orange Nickelodeon and Maltina wonderland.
