The expensive lifestyles of four Canada-based Nigerians are at the centre of a riveting police investigations into frauds running into several millions of dollars.
The four Nigerians are alleged to be involved in credit card fraud and mail pilfering, Canadian authorities said in a statement on Tuesday.
Police said Adedayo Ogundana, 45, also known as Oladipupo Ogund; Adekunle Johnson Omitiran, 37; Duro Akintola, 44, of Toronto, who is also known as Michie Noah; and Emmanuel Salako, 47, who is also known as Gee Salaq, spent proceeds of identity theft to fund their lavish lifestyles.
