Three Royal Kings Hit Ibadan for ‘Ariya Repete’ Finals

Three royalties in the Yoruba Music genre have been named to grace the stage for Ariya Repte finale on Friday in Ibadan.
King Sunny Ade, King Wasiu Ayinde and King Saheed Osupa are all royalties for the Yoruba Music.

And for the finals of the 2018 edition of the talent hunt that has been going on in the industry -sponsored by Goldberg and tagged; ‘Ariya Repete’, the three kings would be live in Ibadan doing what tzhey know how to do best.

You would recall that 16 upcoming artistes advanced to the finals and they would be jostling for the grand prize of N2Million in three categories of Juju, Fuji and Drums.

Ariya Repete which has been promoting the very best of Fuji, juju and traditional drumming has been taking its talent hunt to all the states in western Nigeria, scouting for the new generation of talented artists to take Fuji and Juju music to the next level.

The Ariya Repete train which has previously made stops in Lagos, Ondo, Ekiti, Oyo, Osun, Ogun will now make its final stop in Ibadan and all eyes will be eagerly waiting to see who emerges victorious in the 3 categories (Juju, Fuji & traditional music) walks home with a mouth watering 2 million Naira.

Ariya Repete which is Goldberg Lager beer’s flagship music competition is the only indigenous music competition celebrating the best of traditional Yoruba music. After hosting auditions in various states and producing regional winners, all finalists will be slugging it out for the grand prize at the grand finale on the 11th of May.
