Kingdom of Heaven on Earth Mission (KIHEM) – aka, Holy Throne of Most High on Earth Mission has concluded plans to celebrate this year’s Children’s Day in style with millions of children across the globe.
The Children’s Day celebration, as planned by the ministry, will be streamed live online on Thursday May 27 and shared through zoom web link, Youtube, Instagram and Facebook, commencing at 7:30am (Nigeria Time).
KIHEM Royal Priest, Daniel Ayoola had made this known, stating that the initiative tagged: “Hope of a New World” will go a long way to bring children into the scheme of God’s program of making the world a better place.
This initiative, the Royal Priest said, will go down in history to unravel the new love of God for Children whom he described as “heritage of the Kingdom of God and God’s treasured vessel for a new world”.
“The online program will be a live broadcast which will commence by 7:30am(Nigeria Time) on that Thursday May 27th, and we enjoin all parents to support their little glory to connect via the zoom web, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook for the broadcast”, said the new KIHEM Leader in a chat.
According to the Priest and Administrators-Leader, the hope of a better world is rooted in children of today, and this is guaranteed, “only if we remain focused as parents, guardians, counselors, coaches, and mentors to train them uprightly and in the ways of the Lord, hence the reason for this wonderful program designed for May 27th,” he said.
The program with focus on building children for a better world is open to parents, children wing leaders, civil society groups, religious and community elders, corporate moguls and media professionals, he added.
Children’s Day is celebrated on 27 May in Nigeria. It is a holiday that’s observed by many different countries all over the world on various dates throughout the year.
In the United States, the date of this holiday has changed over time. During the administrations of U.S Presidents George H.W Bush and Bill Clinton, the holiday was celebrated on the 8th of October. In 1993, it was briefly celebrated on November 21 in the U.S. It is now currently celebrated on the second Sunday in June in the U.S.
