Fresh Facts Emerge in Spain that Ibrahimovic Dislike Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic represent Juventus’ present and past, with the Portugal international propelling the Serie A giants to the top of the league table.

But it appears that the duo have a far from normal relationship with reports in Spain opening up on their feud.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic recently took to Instagram to share his world dream team. The accompanying caption said: “In I am football I present my DREAMTEAM.

“I also put in 50 pages with complete statistics and fun facts from my career like how many goals I have done with my right foot and how many minutes I played with Inter. It will give you something to talk about this Christmas.”

His XI has Gianluigi Buffon in goal, with Lilian Thuram, Thiago Silva, Alessandro Nesta and Maxwell making up the defence.

Patrick Viera, Xavi and Pavel Nedved line up in midfield.

And Ibrahimovic names himself in attack alongside Lionel Messi and Ronaldinho.

Substitutes include Julio Cesar, Andres Iniesta, Fabio Cannavaro, Gennaro Gattuso and Clarence Seedorf.

Interestingly, though, there is no place for Ronaldo.

And Ok Diario believe that is because the duo do not have the most positive of relationships.

It is claimed that Ibrahimovic has ‘always believed’ that he is superior to Ronaldo.

They believe the duo have never got on and point to an example that happened last year.

Ronaldo scored a stunning goal against Juventus for Real Madrid in the Champions League.

But Ibrahimovic responded by challenging the player to bag one from 40 yards – like he himself did for Sweden against England in 2012.

“It was a nice goal, but he should try it from 40 metres,” he said.

Reports in Spain have previously claimed Real Madrid once wanted Ibrahimovic while Ronaldo was there.

But the Portugal international supposedly blocked a transfer.

That was back in 2010, when the player wanted to leave Barcelona.

But, instead of moving to Madrid, he joined Serie A giants AC Milan instead.
