Admiration continued to pour in for Nigeria-born British boxer, Anthony Joshua after his victory over undefeated New Zealand’s Joseph Parker at the weekend.
On Wednesday Popular Ghanaian actress and ‘Beauty Queen’ Yvonne Nelson could not hold back her soft-spot and feelings for Joshua who was the cynosure of all eyes at the 80,000 capacity filled Principality Stadium in Cardiff and millions of online viewers.
It would be recalled that Joshua and Parker went to 12 rounds before the British boxer of Nigeria descent was declared winner via unanimous decision by the judges.
For days after the victory, social media has been buzzing with congratulatory messages and admirable pictures to hail Joshua who subsequently added WBO heavyweight title to his WBA, IBO and IBF belts.
The Ghanaian popular model and film producer who has featured in series of international and domestic movies tagged Joshua even when she has the option to send him a direct message which may not be seen by AJ millions of followers.

NewswatchNigeria can also report that the Governor of Ogun State, Ibikunle Amosun was at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff to cheer the ‘son of the soil’.
After Joshua’s victory, the Ogun State Governor went to the back stage to congratulate the champion and was seen in the photo holding Joshua’s three belts.
Amosun and the whole of Ogun State have been in support of the boxer who originally hails from Sagamu although he was born in England.
Born to Nigerian parents, his dad Jonathan and mum Yetunde, Joshua hugely identify with his Nigerian roots.
His dad was also in the picture with Amosun and Joshua.
