Organiser of Supremacy Concert has said entertainers should ensure their craft cuts across age, gender and schools. In line with this, they have lined up a stellar performance for its maiden edition.
They said KSA, D’banj, Wizkid, Tubaba and Asa are among those battling for supremacy at the concert.
“We are catering for people from two generations and different taste, as well as preference when it comes to entertainment,” said Jide Oyalowo, one of the organisers.
“Our focus is not just on youths or upwardly mobile, we are catering for corporate people and the elderly. If you don’t like KSA, you will like Wizkid, and if your preference is soul music, Asa will be on hand to provide that. As always, 2face will be dishing out his classics from hip hop to contemporary Afro pop. And with the pure entertaining energy of Dbanj. So it is not a concert restricted to a particular audience,” Oyalowo added.
The Made-in Nigeria (MaIN) concert parades an impressive list of performers, and it will hold on October 1, at the Eko Atlantic, Lagos.
The Supremacy Concert will be the climax of a seven-day event, which will attract dignitaries like the Vice-President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, CBN Governor Mr Godwin Emefiele, Minister of Power, Works and Housing Mr Babatunde Fashola, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, Ronald Chagoury and Mr. Ben Akabueze DG, Budget Office, among others.
