Saturday and Sunday, last weekend would always remain green. Kids and their parents wished the day to come again because it was a two day of uncommon fun and family entertainment ever experienced.
NICKFEST made its debut in Nigeria and over 4000 families with children could not miss the live experience.
It was loads of fun and games courtesy of Nickelodeon, popular family entertainment TV network owned by Viacom International Media Networks Africa (VIMN Africa) in partnership with Maltina.
There were so many to do to have fun and enjoy the two-day festival like held at Federal Palace, hotel on Lagos Island.
Kids splashed around gooey slime in thousands of litres at the legendary Slime Zone. The music stars entertained the attendees with their family-friendly songs setting the whole venue into a fun-filled sing-along stage.
The festival also featured the popular Nickelodeon show characters, Shimmer & Shine, SpongeBob SquarePants, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles- Leo, Donnie, Raph and Mikey & Paw Patrol’s- Ryder, Chase, Marshall, Rubble, and Sky-, who dazzled both kids and parents with amazing performances.
According to the Executive Vice President and Managing Director VIMN Africa, Alex Okosi, who shed light on the essence of the kids’ event said, “Nickelodeon has been great for kids & family in Africa as a brand since we launched in 2008.
