LIVERPOOL 2-0 WOLVES

ALL OVER AT ANFIELD!!

GOAL! FULHAM 0-4 NEWCASTLE (Rondon, 89)

That will be that for Newcastle and that could be the perfect goodbye from Rondon.

The striker is played through, racing down the left-hand side, although his initial shot smacks into the body of Rico. However, Rondon is the first to react, getting to his feet and nipping around Mawson to slot home the loose ball.

A wonderful final day performance from Newcastle.

“It’s been exhibition stuff from City. To win back-to-back titles is sensational.”

In a few minutes’ time, Vincent Kompany will be lifting the Premier League trophy.

But he’s off the pitch now and being substituted to receive a huge ovation from the travelling City fans.

Kompany gives Pep Guardiola a bear hug on the touchline.

It’s been comfortable, very comfortable, for City this afternoon.
